The FBI Charged Ross With Dread Pirate Roberts

Ross William Albrecht, AKA the Dread Pirate Roberts was arrested at a library. He had been designing a new rating system for Silk Road. FBI agents found two thumb drives on his bedside table and two pieces of paper in the garbage can. The notes seemed cryptic but matched up with forum posts from Ross discussing the new rating system. His laptop's contents were backed up six times over ten hours.
