How to Scale a Waste Management Project?

Vishnu: We have 42 people full-time and our CTO is from Ghana. They believe that waste management is something which is really key to mitigating climate change. This is software that we built initially for India because India has a proper testing market, but if we can prove it in India, which we have done, we can scale this up overseas. So we are now in US and so on.
