How to Balance Delegation and Abdication

When running a startup you have to move hard and fast. You fail in the lack of executing with speed, so that takes courage and madness. There's just really basic difference in social expectations around how you behave. I worry I'm going to get a reputation in the market for being this hard-ass who just chops people.
