The Curse of Leonardo's Marriage

Amelia tells her daughter, Leonardo, that she has placed a curse on the marriage for ruining her life again. The couple have five more children, each of them dying in infancy. "Almost every night I dreamed of small white coffins," says Leonardo after losing one child to illness.
