I think it's worthwhile to use a service like like a chronometer, for example. I plugged my diet into there and okay, how many calories am I taking in? And then of those foods, what are they comprised of from a mineral and vitamin standpoint? Then I would assess, okay, from the current diet I'm eating, this is enough for me to feel good on a daily basis. But yeah, if you were following a certain diet pattern and then it was zinc deficient, like you can absolutely expect not as good testosterone output or if you're deficient vitamin D,. that is something could be corrected through either sun exposure or potentially supplementation kind of depends.
