i think for a lot of people, the purpose of nice stuff is that you think other people are going to look at it and give you respect. And i think another important lesson you learned while working as a valet was that you could see if someone's rich by ike looking at their car, but you can't see ifSomeone's wealthy. Wealth is what you've saved. We cannot see their brokerage accounts. We can't see what they've saved. It's invisible by definition.
