The Importance of Leadership Training

All four of us are coming from the outside into companies for a while. So would that be our responsibility? Because one, you might have somebody who's so not receptive to becoming a better leader. And I think there should be a drive, there should be encouragement for everybody in organizations to go get professional development they need.
