The typical model I see in market is they grow into having a partnerships team or a partnerships manager. And so that's how companies typically go down that path rather than intentionally doing it by design. As companies start to scale this component and like the name of hockey stick itself is companies will sort of get to a point where they've got the direct sales motions going and then they want to add some more layers to it, right? "It's where community can come into real life to actually enable people together to try and achieve the similar outcomes," he says.
