The Key Questions Lenders Are Asking When Considering MBI Loans
When you're looking at the MBI loans, what are the key questions? I think a lot of whom would be in that bracket. The obvious question is pretty set your metrics. How much cash does an acquirer need to bring? How much do you need to see from a deferred consideration perspective? It's very difficult to be prescriptive on that and to give. A deal that sees the minimus amounts being brought by the acquirer and no or little deferred consideration from the vendor with us providing the majority of capital is not going to work.
