The Importance of Co-Regulation With Autistic Clients

I think all of us who work with kids need to hear over and over and over again that they can catch our fight or flight response most of us if we haven't done some work around this don't even recognize it when that's what's happening with us so I think there's really a lot for us to process their most therapists understand the importance of co-regulating with our autistic clients. If we can get them to change how they are or are not spreading an energy of fear in the classroom that is the best predictor of behavioral change in students.
