I think evangelism has fallen on hard times. If the gospel, root of the gospel is good news, and we're going to proclaim the gospel, if evangelicalism is not going to have the evangel at the root of it, I don't think it has any future. Three out of four US adults in October of 2022 said they want to grow spiritually. About 44% said they're more open to God today than they were pre-pandemic.
