If I sell it, my biggest loss was sex story building I bought for $17 million. It was a subsidiary of Boeing, USA, United Space Alliance. They used to handle all the communication where a space shuttle would have landed. So 5 million cash down, gone. That was my biggest loss in real estate, single deal.
