I don't think, i don't see it as a good thing. It does make the country incredibly risk adverse. There's no way to take a bold step any everything is down to public opinion and and big data. So just, every step becomes incredibly difficult to take. I mean, this is sort of the weird, the weird aspect of this, right? Because we think of the chinese state as being a state that can manipulate public opinion fairly easily. Like, you a government like that, you would expect to kind of do whatever it wanted to do - but they seem not to be confident about doing so at all.
