The Importance of Email in Recruiting
Many recruiters fall into one of a few categories. One is that I don't think the average recruiter is sending out enough emails per week or per month. Another problem is there's a lack of automation. A lot of recruiters are doing all the research to find the right people to contact on their own, right? You know, they're sitting down. They find an open role. They'd love to hire for this. And so again, you kind of end up timing out and not getting much done.
