David Grash told Congress there is a smoking gun. He said to them if we could just get into a secure classified information facility where this information can be handed over with appropriate clearances. But he said, if he does it in the unclassified setting, he will be arrested. Part of it may have to do with technology. If an adversary was to learn what David Grash says and others say the US government has already learned, they might be able to construct next-generation weapons that would have catastrophic consequences.
