Narcissists in general are incredibly vapid. It's an outer facade. The narcissist is the most beautiful, probably next to the histrionic. Their identity is really not their own. But because they're so empty inside and they are so want to safeguard themselves or any type of shame or negative judgment. Similar to how the how the borderline, their identity is very much wrapped in wrapped up in the opinions of others.
