FinTech Into a Super App?

Madia: There's an obvious answer, which is customers look for convenience in a super app. But it's a little bit more than that. I think trust is a big part of that. And similarly with FinTech, when we talk about the traditional players in the region, they're not necessarily offering great digital experiences. That creates room for a super app to also add FinTech experiences. Madia: If you can meet multiple needs of customers and ensure a certain level of quality across multiple verticals, that becomes super attractive to a user.
