i think there's a re invention tat we need to have in society. As long as there's respect, it's not a joust, just about throwing out the things that we did before. And i think diversity shouldn't just be in terms of gender or ethnic diversity. I should be age diversity. We know from bio chemistry, you know, seratonn levels change over time. But neither can you just have a ten age or taking o a million pound a or ouro decisions. You'd have an age diversity a, but there's also skale short ageand and value of bringing in retires r and bringing them back into force after they've retired.
