How to Isolate Yeast With Sensory Approaches

The project was a side project in addition to supporting production at Goose Island. The ultimate driver behind the whole project was sensory again if it's not going to smell good you're not going to use it. We were I mean pretty much for almost 12 months every couple every week or two we'd kind of meet up, back up and talk about the project and see what the next steps were. It was a long drawn process but obviously well worth it.
