The Importance of Creating Community

Recently I did a pilgrimage in the Camino de Santiago. The most popular goes from the border of France and Spain to a city, Santiago de Compostela. You just have to walk 500 miles to understand what love means. And yes, it does hurt physically. What I saw at the institute was the imperative is all about creating community. That's very important as a Gen X or seeing the new generation transforming higher ed.
