How to Create a Culture of Feedback in a Team

UX is one of the most important skills because you're getting feedback and giving feedback all the time. But if it's not part of the culture of the company how do you get it? It's a spiral in both words isn't it I mean if you close people down or you don't listen then it's a it's a spiralbecause the futility increasesPeople don't want to give feedback so I suppose no matter at what level you're opening yourself up for feedback  you're going to start a positive spiral of Feedback.
