This is not about just being inauthentic and like, oh, stand up straight, even if you feel miserable, make people think you're happy. This is about knowing that you're indicating something to visitors, to other department people that come in and to one another. So it's almost like you're saying this idea of you want to teach 18 year olds how to have a handshake and look people in the eye. And you can overcome a lot, actually, as an 18 year old, if you can do that and make eye contact and stand up. Yeah.
