How to Tell if a Patient Is Shot in the Chest

I wrote up a little mock radio report and then a mock hospital report on a hypothetical patient I came up with. Do you guys want me to read those? Yeah, go for it. So I made up a hypothetical 35 year old that got shot in the chest. My radio report would be, this is air care one, we're seven minutes out with a 35 year old male with a GSW to the chest. Vitals are 95 over 50, 135, 22, 94% on non-rebreather, GCS 15. Was needle decompressed, blood hanging. Again, we're six minutes out. Any questions? And that's it.
