The Risk of Chinese ADRs Being Delisted

The bipartisan support for measures like this is gaining momentum. Most of these funds have taken steps by now to kind of change to H shares of the same companies. So yes, this actually does help Hong Kong listings a bit. But if you are an investor who is owning say one of these ADRs that's going to be delisted without being in a fund that's making these transitions then yeah, that's something that is going to affect you and it could be very bad.
