"Predatory inclusion" is a book about the practice of targeting black people for housing discrimination. The author argues that by putting blacks in red-lined areas, they are more likely to be able to get mortgages and other forms of financial aid. But this creates an exploitive market which then allows banks to charge higher interest rates on home loans. " predatory inclusion" aims to understand how these conditions can create new vulnerabilities for African Americans.
