The Goal Is Productivity and Solutions

The general goal is productivity and solutions. If you are talking about things that are outside of the scope of what you're talking about right now, it's not productive the conversation. A great book called thank you for arguing says to switch the grammatical tense of the conversation - no more using the past tense, only using thepre ent or future tense. And something that i find helpful is sacrificing the past to win the future.
