"I think I want all people of color, all women of color to have that we really should be listening more to our intuition," she says. "We've been socialized to ignore it and to tell her to shove it all the way back down when really my intuition has led me to have the salaries in the first place" She adds: "This world and how it's designed is not designed to believe in us so we have to create that for ourselves."
