Can They Pass Mortgage Stress Tests?

There's some rumblings that again, that's getting a little bit more challenging to get capital out of China. I think there's a bunch of really large luxury projects pre-sale construction in Vancouver and Toronto as well. Some of these numbers, you know, $2,600, $3,000 a square foot that are coming for completion later this year will be able to close on them because they can get their money out of various countries. Can they pass mortgage stress tests? That's one more question.
