I Was Not Fast at the 400, but I Was a 57.

In college, i was playing basket ball, and i would consider myself more elastic then than i was. Go to university, start doing a lot of, like, lota, longer tempo, sprinted workouts. And it's funny, because i was actually doing more speed and durance work but i remember my first 404 by four. It was the last when they put me in, because i ran so bab. The new spikes, the 90 spikes, were definitely an advantage. Fr, for most of them, yes, more like strength shoes, almost, right?
