i think that this is an interesting avenue of discussion about the intensity. And i agree with you completely that now we have a fitness industry that is specifically sending the message to the general public, who aren't particularly well educated on the physiological facts and how to train properly. Ah, it's cool to be hurt. They're watching, you know, a sports on t v, and the announcer says, look at big joe. He's, he's tough. He plays in pain. That should be illegal. But that's maintaining this stupid idea that pain is ok, pain is good.Ah, those who are working out even and a, injury rates are sky high, exactly.
