What Companies Did to Respond to the Pendemic?
Kaiser family foundation survey from november of 20 21 found almost forty % of workers were at a firm that either began offering paid sick or family leave. Many companies started to do was to actually crate days where they shut down their whole company ri so the whole company could recup. So those were decisions really, that were a reaction to the pendemic riot, absolutely in the personal anies were taking.
