Hormons are more susceptible to cortesal than menth the hormon pergastrone has to have cortesal low adpergastrones. Hormon men get a little bit of perjestron, but not a lot, so they don't have to think about that as well. But i'm always kind of like testing and seeing what's going on. There was a moment too where i had some exposure to moulds, which reallyeon levels up. And i would have never known that unless i was doing the hormon testing tol i learn that these hormon levels were often, it indicated things for me. So i am a big fan of testing
