Sibber is a 3% set aside from the small business association That comes out of the rnd top line so it's a set aside Out of this pool of money. So whatever that top line is for the for the government for the call at the department of defense 3% goes to this little pot. The merits of the sibber program are like a whole episode to debate whether or not we think they're doing a good job with that Um, you know, there's sibber mills There are companies out there who's entire uh, risen the tra the tra the Tra is to apply for sibber grants. They get those sibber Grants and do the research
