Facing Racism and Islamophobia in the Labour Party

This chapter discusses instances of facing racism and anti-Semitism while door knocking and in public spaces, and the normalizing effect of discriminatory language by mainstream media and politicians. It also explores experiences of racism and Islamophobia within the Labour Party, and the lack of consequences for politicians who make offensive remarks. The chapter highlights the need to address these issues within the party if they want to go into government.
