Rabe femi: People say abolition in a way that they were not saying it 20 years ago. There was a time in my lifetime when there was a struggle to try to improve the conditions of prisoners. That's where it ended. So i think what we're witnessing is a shift in perspective, even if it doesn't manifest itself in concrete policy shifts.
