How to Track Bitcoin's Electricity Consumption
There's no way that an industry average that shows that the industry is consuming around 196 watt per terra hash. Just prior to this bull run, that same industry was operating about 65 Watt per terraHash. And I see periods of volatility for months on end. There's no change until we have the Bitcoin collapse break through 30K down to 20K here in 2022. That's the only time this changed. It's a clear indicator that something is very broken in the model or purposefully manipulated.
