CNN's John Defterios says the U.S.-China meeting looked like diplomacy, not a scolding match. He says both countries are unhappy with American power and want to calm things down. China is on something of a charm offensive right now, but it doesn't solve problems for it, he says. "We should be laser-like focused on Putin," defterios adds.
