Do Judges Have a Role in Targeted Killing With Drones?
James Madison: Is it ever ok for the united states to kill people with drones? The obama administration would have us believe that targeted killing with drones is a state secret, or else a so called political question that isn't properly decided by judges. It got me thinking about whether it's ever OK for the united States to use biological weapons. Would that discriminating bia weapon be the most moral to use in this scenario? That's a hard question. On the one hand, maybe you save a lot of innocent women and children. But on the other hand, using a bio weapon would have implications that go beyond any one discreet strike.
