i worry that if we create schemes that say we will reward you for the oil you don't burn, then that greate ar perverse incentive. So i am delighted to have the debate. Am yes to pain to draw down carbon that has already been omitted. What stops me is where we say, and let's pay companies that avoided omissions - right? I'm sure delnsnot thought about this as well.
