The only fear that I have when it comes to hiring specifically for the tech team role as well is that I think tech team also has a lot of like, I think he or she's a walking database. How do you transition from your tech team leaving or team leaving and then you push in someone new was entirely new to your framework? So how do you bridge that gap? But surely there's a way to figure out if you need a team meeting or technique. That's my take on it.
