The Challenges of Tax Credit Transactions

I think on the issues around what people are dealing with right now, I'm not transferring. Most of the investors out there now are probably already investors that are doing tax credit transactions in some form. So, they're used to some of the transaction documentation that's involved with this but it's still fairly new to some that haven't been in the space. The complexity of just trying to basket this risk. There's people who reference on the call, it's something that's been more challenging for some of the more new investors to figure their arms around,. But I think they'll eventually get there.
