I think a lot of developers, for cost cutting reasons, they'll throw the design aspect out the window or take shortcuts. We're not willing to stop until it's exactly how we want it. I've always been obsessed with what houses look like and what spaces look like... And it's always been a thing. It wasn't until we looking back connecting the dots that I just thought we could execute some really, really great design.
