Katy: I genuinely don't know what market that you know, bankers who do this stuff for a living, what they're doing.Katy: There are no deals out there. It's just an ipo shut down. Who is affected most by these ipo slowdowns and these corporate bond slowdowns? Katy: You have the bankers that do these dills for a living. And we will get the test of this theory that it's going to be fine.

US lawmakers are set to pass a $700bn spending bill, activity on European corporate bond markets has slowed to a near standstill and US initial public offerings have ground to a halt. Plus, Ben & Jerry’s is in a legal battle with parent company Unilever over sales in the disputed West Bank and East Jerusalem.
