Is Overkill Underrated?

The idea here is to demand excellence. No one wants to just be part of mediocre. They want to be a part of doing the best they came with what they have. If we're going to do it, let's go ahead and do it well. Overkill is underrated. It's a mentality that a manager can have that it really ends up being an incredible gift to those people who don't understand the whole the whole picture. And so I'll ask a lot of leading questions like, Hey, how do you think you should do that? What do you think is the best approach?"
