The Importance of in-Person Connection

Aki Adao has been a founder for about nine years and yeah we're coming up on 2023 so I've been in crypto for almost nine years as well. We are purchasing and renovating a Akiya which is an empty home located in real Japan. There's a huge housing crisis in Japan by 2030 one-third of all homes will be vacant. At the same time we feel there's a lot of positive generative energy in web 3 that is kind of looking for a home outside of Twitter. It's important to have those strong bases from which to build big audacious you know organizations that are trying to change the world.
