Carlo Raveli is an Italian theoretical physicist. His 2014 book Seven Brief Lessons on Physics has been translated into 41 languages and sold over a million copies. This month sees the English language release of his first ever book, An Aximander and the Nature of Science which tells the origin story of scientific thinking. Nihal Arthanika: How did you come across an aximander? Carlo Raveli: I was astonished by the list of things attributed to him.
