The Universe Is 13 Point Eight Billion Years Old

The universe itself is 13 point eight billion years old. In the 19 sixties, we saw for the first time the thermal glow of the heat from the big bang. But there were no stars and galaxies at that time. The images of those earliest galaxies will be caught by webb's wide field infared camera near camp. She warns us not to expect anything big and beautiful for first galaxies.
