Historically we have always increased the dosing during HD because fumeppasols also cleared by hemodialysis. But there's never been an RCT that says, absolutely, patients do better if we give Q4 hour fumepp asol during HD. Just always know you can call the poison center, you know, given that first dose of fumeppAsol.
