What's Different About PEPI Stats?

PEPY.tech is a new tool that shows download stats for open-source software. It's designed to show downloads per Python 2 versus 3, and then major and minor versions of Python. PEPI also has a daily, weekly, monthly chart so that you can kind of see trends going out.
