Introduction
Existing home sales are falling month to month and the year over year data is showing bigger and bigger declines. This is the third straight month that total inventory has fallen, not too much, but we're down to about 1.2 to 2 million active listings. We never saw the panic selling massive front of the market that people have been talking about all year. New listings data declining since June is not a positive for the US market.
